Released on the familiar Tuff Gong Worldwide label, Love is My Religion is Ziggy's second solo CD after a career with the Melody Makers, and a natural progression from his solo debut, Dragonfly.
Ziggy added African percussion and other world-beat sounds to his traditional reggae style on the album, which was released July 4. He also wrote all of the songs, produced the album and played many of the instruments.
The eldest of Bob Marley's sons took home the fourth Grammy of his career by winning the nod for Best Reggae Album for his 2006 release.
